Senior Managing Director
Rodney is a seasoned real estate professional with over three decades of experience spanning real estate finance, development, homebuilding, acquisitions, and private equity. He has held senior leadership roles across both institutional capital and operating platforms, with a focus on residential land and housing.
Before joining Bedrock Land Finance, Rodney was CEO and Managing Partner at RAM Real Estate Capital, where he led investments in residential development through project-based joint ventures and preferred equity structures. He previously served in executive roles at Mountain Real Estate Capital, Cantor Real Estate, and WCI Communities, where he led the acquisition, financing, and development of over 5,000 residential units.
He has bought land, developed lots, built homes and financed billions of dollars of real estate.
Managing Director
Matt is a real estate professional with over two decades of experience across private equity asset management, underwriting, development, and homebuilding. Before joining Bedrock Land Finance, he served as Senior Vice President at RAM Real Estate Capital, where he focused on residential investments and capital deployment strategies.
Earlier in his career, Matt held leadership roles at Toll Brothers, Liberty Street Real Estate Group (an affiliate of Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners) and TriMont Real Estate Advisors, managing projects with significant equity and asset values. His expertise spans for-sale residential product types including single-family homes, condominiums, and urban/suburban infill communities.
Chief Risk Officer
Matt brings over 30 years of experience in residential real estate, spanning land acquisition, entitlements, development, homebuilding, private equity, and leadership across public and private platforms. His career has covered nearly every facet of the business — from running master-planned communities to overseeing project risk, marketing, and operations.
Before joining Bedrock Land Finance, Matt held senior investment roles at The Resmark Companies and led Stelvio Management, a residential real estate advisory and investment firm. He was also the exclusive Colorado partner for JEN Partners, managing large-scale land entitlement and financing efforts. Previously, Matt served as Division President at TRI Pointe Homes Colorado, where he launched and scaled the division to over $100M in annual revenue, and held multiple executive leadership roles over nearly two decades at Village Homes.
Matt is active in several industry organizations and is known for his broad perspective, from community development to strategic capital deployment.
